Our small group personal training sessions are the answer to your health and fitness problems.
Never been to the gym and looking for a safe and effective introduction, then our HAPPY HOUR classes will be ideal for you. This fun, guided way to exercise is fully programmed and supervised by our great personal trainers so you have the experience and expertise of some of the greatest personal trainers around, in a cost effective private studio environment.
For those wanting a little more out of their workouts, HARD & FAST is the answer. In two convenient time formats - 30 min and 50 min - you will be able to choose what best suits you! Express or Endurance, the choice is yours.
Finally, we are so excited to be introducing URBAN CHALLENGE - our take on bootcamp! With 2 personal trainers at every session, you will be sure to be pushed to your limits. This is our outdoor training program so you can enjoy the fresh air while you exercise - or lack of air while you're gasping after those burpees! And never fear, we've even got a wet weather option if the rain is coming down sideway!
