We are very excited about our Winter Masquerade Charity Ball and hope you are too!!!
As you know, we have proudly chosen to support the Children's Leukaemia & Cancer Research Foundation and raise as much money as we possibly can to assist vital research in the treatment and prevention of childhood leukaemia and cancer. The money raised will also go towards maintaining the high standard of patient care that these sick children need, however we can not do it alone. With live music, great company, a grand auction, numerous silent auctions, raffles with exceptional prizes who wouldnt want to attend.
We would love to share this evening with you, so please come along and help us, help others.
What is it all about?: It's a fabulous Winter Mas querade Charity Ball, which means for the gents your wearing ties and for the ladies, long & beautiful dresses.
Masks are compulsory.
Why: To raise money and support the Children's Leukaemia & Cancer Research Foundation.
Who: Everyone is welcome, however the seats are limited so first in best dressed.
How much per ticket: Each ticket costs $125 which is to be paid at the time of your booking so we can guarantee your seat. There is no limit on how many tickets per person so feel free to invite your friends.
What does this include: A two course meal including a main and a dessert (Gluten free and vegetarian options are available) plus a 4 hour premium drinks package including a variety of beer, wine, champagne and soft drink.
Time & Date: The Ball will be held on the 14th of July 2012. It starts at 7pm and finishes at 11pm, however we will move on elsewhere for further shananaghans!!!
How many people per table: Each table seats 11 people comfortably.
Where is the Ball held: Longworth House - 129 Scott Street Newcastle NSW 2300
The evening will include live music, a grand auction, silent auctions, raffles, games and much, much more!
