Women’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
@ Verve For Life
Do any of these common symptoms sound familiar?
✓ Leaking when you sneeze, cough, laugh, jump, or exercise
✓ Feeling a sense of heaviness, dragging, or pressure in your pelvis
✓ Persistent pelvic, hip, or low back pain
✓ Difficulty fully emptying your bladder or bowel
✓ You’ve had a baby and don't feel quite right, even months later
✓ You want to return to exercise after pregnancy or injury but aren't sure where to start
✓ You’re in perimenopause and things are changing
✓ You've had surgery (hysterectomy, caesarean, endometriosis) and are managing its aftermath
You'll never be made to feel that this is just something you have to live with.
There's no such thing as a symptom that's "too small" or "too embarrassing" to mention here.
Appointments are private, unhurried, and entirely at your pace. Nothing happens without your full understanding and consent.
We know pelvic health appointments can feel daunting - especially if you've never had one before. Tiara will explain everything clearly as you go and you’ll receive a detailed email prior to your appointment letting you know what to expect.

How We Can Help
-
A full conversation about your history, symptoms, and goals, followed by a physical assessment - always explained fully and tailored to what you're comfortable with.
-
For urgency, frequency, leaking, or difficulty emptying. We'll look at what's driving the problem and build a treatment plan around it.
-
For vulval pain, pain during sex, chronic pelvic pain, or endometriosis-related pain. Sensitive, specialist support - no minimising, no dismissing.
-
Whether you're recovering from birth or surgery, we'll help you get back to the movement you love in a way that supports - not strains - your pelvic floor.
-
Assessment, education, and management to reduce symptoms and help you understand your options - including how to keep doing the things you love.
-
Preparing for birth, recovering after it, managing diastasis recti, or safely returning to exercise - we're with you at every stage of the journey.
-
Support for the pelvic floor changes that come with perimenopause and beyond - because this stage of life deserves specialist care too.
